About me
A long view of people and work.
The value of experience is not having seen everything. It is knowing what deserves attention, what can wait and what needs a clearer conversation.

Eveline Brownstein
Nearly four decades in human resources, spent helping leaders make sense of the moments that shape a workplace.
I was formerly a Vice President of People, advising senior leadership on employee relations, performance, compensation, organizational needs, policies and leadership development. That experience informs the way I work today: close to the decision, honest about the tradeoffs and attentive to what happens after the meeting ends.

A thoughtful beginning
If you are carrying a people decision alone, it may be time for a second perspective.
